The Route, at a Glance
The journey runs roughly 10 days from Marrakech: crossing the High Atlas to Ait Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate, following the Draa Valley to Zagora, driving deep desert tracks to Ouzina, riding camels into the dunes at Merzouga for a night in a desert camp with a drum show, then returning north through the Todra and Dades Gorges, the Valley of the Roses and Ouarzazate, before a final day exploring Marrakech with a city guide.
