MOROCCO IMPERIAL CITIES AND DESERT TOURS -10 DAYS/9 NIGHTS

A “snapshot” into the historical cities of Morocco you will experience the beauty of cities such as Casablanca, Fes, Rabat, Meknes and Marrakech.

ITINERARY:

1 day : Arrival to Casablanca .

Arrival to the airport,welcomed by a travelsmorocco staff and be transfered to the hotel.

2 day : Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes .

After breakfast,we departure to Fes.Passing through the capital of the country Rabat,and going a head to Meknes.Break the way to visite and see one   of the bigest, and huge gate in all over africa.Its bab mansour.Aferwards,we continue to the excavated Roman city volubilis.After visiting this human heritage centre,we departure  to Fes.

3 day : Fes – Fes.

The whole day visiting the most important historical monuments of the city with a local guide.

4 day : Fes – Ifran – Azrou – Midelt – Errachidia – Merzouga .

Today is a long journey,so to go little bit early is preferable.We go via Ifran and Azrou cities with the possibility of seeing some monkeys in Azrou’s forest.They com to get food from the passangers.Also,we pass through Midelt and Errachidia to arrive at the desert by afternoon.We leave the  luggage at the hotel and ride camels (1 hour 30 mins)to sleep at the middle of the dunes in a berber tents ( camp).

5 day : Merzouga – Rissani – Arfoud – Tinghir ( Toudra gorges).

After your enjoyable camel trekking,sunset and rise on the top of the dunes,we begin a new day.We pass from Rissani,the first imperial city of Morocco.Having a look on the city with its souks and go ahead to Toudra gorges via arfoud and tinejdad .

6 day : Toudra gorge – Boumalen dades – Kalaa Megouna – Ouarzazate .

After breakfast, we visit the gorges with the possibility of a short walk.We continue our journey via Boumalen dades and its gorges,the rose valley and the palm grooves of skoura to reach the holly-wood of Morocco afternoon.

7 day : Ouarzazate – Marrakech .

We begin,our day by visiting Ouarzazate;the kasbah of Taourirt,the cinema studios and human heritage site of ait ben haddou,before we cross the high mountains of atlas from tizi n tichka pass (2260 mts high).Mountains with snow always in the piks.We arrive to Marrakech afternoon.

8 Day : Marrakech – Marrakech .

In the first hours of the day,we hang out to visit the city,including the most important historical monuments like;Jemaa lafna square,the old medina,the koutoubia minaret,the bahia palace,majorelle gardens,historical saadins tombs and the famous coranic ben youssef school.The visit will be by a local guide.

9 day : Marrakech – casablanca .

In the first half day,going back to casablanca to reach it at the lunch time in the corniche. The second half of the day to visit the Hassan mosque and go back to the hotel .

10 day : Casablanca – airport .

At the suitable time,transfer to the airport and end of our services.
